Grace Huang Founder / CEO
Grace Huang, founder and CEO of iPinYou, takes full charge of the strategic planning and operational management of iPinYou. She is the first brand marketing expert who introduced behavioral targeting, RTB and DSP concept to Chinese market. She worked in the Marketing Department of Procter & Gamble Group and was in charge of brand marketing and hence has accumulated abundant branding and marketing experience. Thereafter, she worked in the world's top consultant firm McKinsey and offered marketing strategy consultation for many world-class enterprises. She graduated from Peking University majoring in both law and English, then attended UCLA and got a MBA degree.
Mark Xie Co-Founder / COO
He is a digital marketing expert based on analyzing consumers' behaviors. He is adept at integrating technology innovation and traditional commercial solutions. He has many years of experience in innovative marketing solutions promotion in FMCG and Internet industry. He worked as general manager in a well-known retail digital marketing company, as well as General Manager of Fedex-Kinkos. He also served as the terminal marketing channel director in many other multinational brands such as Procter & Gamble, SC Johnson Wax, Remy Martin, etc. He has bachelor and master degree of law in Peking University. He also has EMBA from China-Europe International Business School.
Dr. Xuehua Shen Co-Founder / CTO
He devoted himself in personalized advertising research and user behavior analytical modeling based on Hadoop cloud computing platform in America's biggest data exchange and DMP company Bluekai. He was engaged in search algorithm, including personalized search and search result real-time dynamic test platform based on user behavior in Google headquarters in Silicon Valley. He has a Ph.D. in University of Illinois in the United States majored in computer science. His research directions include information retrieval and data mining. His doctoral thesis is Personalized Search. He also published thesis on SIGIR, SIGKDD, WWW, CIKM, ICDE and UMAP during his doctoral period. One of the patents he applied during his doctoral period was Real Time Implicit User Modeling for Personalized Search (pending), which was commercialized in startup company Surf Canyon in Silicon Valley. He got his bachelor degree from Nanjing University majored computer science.
Sara Ye President of International Markets
Previously CEO of iProspect & Amnet China, managing all performance marketing and programmatic buying business operation for all Aegis clients. Before joining Aegis, was President of Mediabrands Audience Platform at IPG. Before IPG, was Managing Director of GroupM Performance Marketing at WPP, heading the strategic and operational development of GroupM’s four agencies’ digital search marketing in China. Prior to joining GroupM at WPP, worked for Google in both Google Mountain View Headquarters and Google China for four years after obtaining MBA degree. Holds a PhD and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in the United States.

In July, 2014, iPinYou took the lead in launching the first DSP designed with PDB (Programmatic Direct Buy) function and also rolled out the first PDB case in China.
On August 16, 2013, iPinYou cooperated with many leaders in RTB industry and jointly launched iPinYou DSP Optimizer Certification Training Program.
In July, 2013, iPinYou successfully integrated with the ad exchanges of Baidu and YOKU, and till then, has connected with all China's domestic mainstream ad exchanges.
