iPinYou founder and CEO Grace Huang has been included in Campaign Asia-Pacific’s sixth Greater China Digital A-List announced recently by the prestigious British-owned industrial publication. Her induction into the Hall of Fame of the industry is no doubt an acknowledgement of her vast influence and contribution in big data and artificial intelligence.
The annual list released by Campaign Asia-Pacific is set out to honor the who’s who that are leading digital innovations in the China market. Those who join the roll of honor this year are the 50 industrial leaders who have made a mark in digital marketing. Among them include the forerunners who have played a big role in building up the foundations of the industry as well as the up-and-coming marketers in the burgeoning eSports sector. The honorees are stakeholders of the industry who stand witness to China’s rapid development and adoption of technology.
Being a data and technology purveyor since its establishment in 2008, iPnYou has been right on track as a big player in data marketing with its top management staffed by industry veterans in this field. Huang’s induction into the Digital A-List is not only an acknowledgement of her long-time contribution to the marketing field, but also an affirmation of the role played by iPinYou in pushing for breakthrough in the industry.
iPinYou has gained a market share of 59.8% in programmatic advertising due to groundbreaking technology and innovation in big data over the recent years. Under the leadership of Huang, iPinYou released the ‘Optimus Prime’ platform in late 2016 as part of the company’s initiative to create transparency and brand safety in the industry. The platform is indisputably the first truly digital cloud management platform that provides clients with a transparent model in programmatic ad buying.
iPinYou has also partnered up with GroupM currently under a collaboration to promote transparency and openness in digital advertising. The partnership leverages on iPinYou’s technical expertise and strategies by GroupM to meet the needs of brand marketers who demand for transparency in programmatic advertising.
Meanwhile, iPinYou has made strategic investment into Zhima Tech, the largest data-based offline retail solutions provider in China. The investment allows iPinYou to consolidate its resources in the data marketing ecosystem in order to offer clients a better variety as well as value-added data and technical solutions. This initiative will inevitably lead the industry towards the path of data-driven business intelligence.
As the head of China Advertising Association’s brand safety committee, Huang is the leading purveyor in the industry who has great insights into the development trends and changing needs of brand marketers. She constantly advocates for technology innovations to provide the Top 500 companies with data driven smart marketing solutions.
On her recent induction into Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Greater China ‘hall of fame’, Huang said: “The great advancement made in digital marketing in China is due to the collaborative effort of my counterparts in the industry. It is a great honor to be included among them in the list. iPinYou will continue to be proactive in using data and AI to innovate marketing solutions in the future, so as to put in our little effort to shift the industry towards more innovation. We hope to work together with the rest to create a more vibrant and transparent marketing ecosystem.”
